Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use LVL UP Nutrition Coach, why, and what control you have. We keep it plain. If anything here is unclear, email andy@l3veluponline.com.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (never the password itself). As you use the app we store the meal plans, recipes and settings you create, and basic usage events (for example when you sign in, save a plan or import a recipe) so we can improve the product and support you.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe handles your card data under its own security and privacy terms. We store only your subscription status (free or Pro) so the app knows what to unlock.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending account and verification emails), and Netlify with Neon (hosting and database). Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and storage

We use a single secure sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. The tool also saves some of your working data (like an in-progress plan) in your browser's local storage so it is there when you come back. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time by emailing andy@l3veluponline.com, and we will action it within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and ask how it is handled, by contacting us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
