By creating an account and using LVL UP Nutrition Coach you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Health and nutrition disclaimer

LVL UP Nutrition Coach is an educational and planning tool. It is not medical, dietary or health advice, and it does not replace guidance from a doctor, dietitian or qualified health professional. Nutrition information is drawn from chain-published data and standard food composition sources and is provided in good faith, but figures are estimates and can vary by product, store and serving. Always use your own judgement, and speak to a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant. You use the app at your own risk.

Free and Pro

The Eating Out tracker and core Eating In features are free. Pro unlocks the full weekly planner, unlimited AI recipe imports and your own recipes, and full shopping lists and printable plans.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is a subscription billed through Stripe at A$14.99 per month or A$119 per year, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. Prices may change; we will give notice of any change before it applies to you.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Manage plan in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to free. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If something has gone wrong, email andy@l3veluponline.com and we will sort it out fairly.

Acceptable use

Please use the app for your own personal meal planning. Do not share your login, resell access, scrape the data, or misuse the AI import (for example by hammering it with automated or excessive requests). We may apply fair-use limits and may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Content and intellectual property

The app, its design, recipes and data are owned by LVL UP. Recipes and plans you create remain yours. By importing or adding recipes you confirm you are allowed to use that content.
