Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free first, so you can try before you pay

You do not need to pay to use the app. A free account gets you the Eating Out tracker and the core Eating In features with no card required. You only pay if you choose to go Pro, so you can see exactly how it works before any money changes hands.

How Pro is billed

Pro is a subscription, billed through Stripe at A$14.99 per month or A$119 per year, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Manage plan in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account simply returns to free. You keep your account and your data. There is no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Because you can try the whole thing free before paying, and cancel any time with access running to the end of your paid period, we do not give partial refunds for unused time as a matter of course.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major problem, or is not fit for purpose, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy. If something has gone wrong, or you were charged in error, email andy@l3veluponline.com and we will look at it fairly and quickly.
